Another yummy freeze ahead crock pot meal found on Pintrest. Brought it with me to a scrapbooking retreat and boy was it yummy!
Creamy Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 dry packet of Italian dressing seasoning
Mix together in a gallon Ziploc freezer bag.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Enjoy!!!!
