Honey Garlic Chicken

I was going to post this tomorrow but I wanted to share.  This is another freeze ahead crock pot meal.  I have been working on making a bunch of freeze ahead crockpot meals for the up coming summer months when no one is going to want to be standing at a hot stove or have a hot oven heating the house up! =)

Honey Garlic Chicken

§  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, I used 4

§  3 Garlic Cloves, smashed and chopped

§  1 Teaspoon Dried Basil (I used Fresh)

§  1/2 cup Soy Sauce

§  1/2 cup Ketchup

§  1/3 cup Honey

Add all ingredients to Gallon Size Freezer Bag. When you are ready to cook this, put all

ingredients into a crockpot and let cook for 3-4 hours on high.
